The original facade design features a dynamic structure where parts of the 18-story building are shifted relative to each other, emphasizing strict geometry and creating a sense of movement.

The business center draws inspiration from the groundbreaking research of V.A. Obruchev in neotectonics. The upper and lower building volumes are arranged in a way that visually resembles shifting tectonic plates, seamlessly integrating into the urban landscape.

Expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing and impressive ceiling heights create a light-filled, spacious environment, with select offices featuring mezzanine levels. The landscaped rooftop terraces offer panoramic city views, enhancing the workspace with nature-infused relaxation zones.
